Booking and set up policy

 

Room hire bookings reserves exclusive access to Training Choice training room and facilities between 9am and 6pm. Training Choice will load a ghost image at no extra charge. Training Choice recommends that an image is created on one of our computers, tested and confirmed working by the client.

Training Choice has limited responsibility to loading other images and does not guarantee the image may work and/or is correct. When the expected number of participants is lower than that stated in the original booking, we require a notification at least 5 working days prior to the course. We are happy to modify the rates accordingly when notified 5 days in advance. If not, the original rates will apply.

If you require access to the room during the weekend or outside of working hours (8am – 6pm) additional fees may be charged. A fee will also be charged if there is anything that is outside of Training Choice standard specifications.

Occupying the facilities after 6pm may incur additional charges. Please let us know in advance if you require extended hours.

   
 

Please note: If any damage occurs to machines or associated equipment during the room hire, the client will be liable for costs incurred for the repair or replacement of such equipment.

   
   

Room Hire Cancellation Policy

 

To provide you with your specific requirements, we may need to book services of external vendors and providers.

Resulting from the above, Training Choice will not charge Partners any cancellation fees for cancelled courses, provided that cancellation is made at least 3 working days before the first day of the course, via both email and phone.

Cancellations made within the last 3 working days before the commencement of the course are considered “no show” and as such full fees will be charged.
